Hey Dan . .

How did they look when the 'Vettes were at full strength? Were their lap times similar? (I was out of the country, and didn't see the race . . only some highlights. I'll do some additional reading on the race when I get a free moment.)

From the short highlights I saw the AM's look great!! I can't wait for Le Mans!

 

They were pretty close on lap times, but the Vettes would have still had it if they hadn't both run into trouble. Speaking of which, have you seen the video of Johnny O's big moment? Brake rotor exploded at about 180mph. He dropped down a couple gears to intentionally spin it to scrub off speed, but still hit the tire wall pretty hard.

I guess the Astons won't be doing the full ALMS season. Too bad, I would have liked to see them at Mid-O this year. Still should be a good weekend, though.

I'll be there as long as I'm not moving that weekend. Right now, I have no idea where I'll be living in 2 months. I'm also trying to get some of the guys from Tripleplate.com to show up.
