When the 05 came out didn't Ford drop the aftermarket ones around the same time?

 

No, the Titanium 2005 Preproduction Mustang was shown with the Shelby Cobra Roadster and Ford GT.

 

Does anyone know when the 05 Saleen debuted?

 

Now that we've seen it all: Saleen hopeful checklist...

-Smoothed out hood
-Rear bumper extensions and revamped taillights
-Fog light delete and aggressive/smooth front air dam (no mutton chops)
-Front fascia, sideskirts, and rear bumper that all FLOW
-New staggered 20" wheels, more curved to match body
-New SC kit possibly? (05-09 would work I imagine)

What else do you guys want to see on them?

 

I'm sure they'll use the same SC kit. Even more so if a 5.0L V8 is just around the corner. Most of the work they did on the 05-09 in terms of performance probably translates right over. Anything new would just be cosmetic.

 

Well I am wondering if Saleen will even be around in full capacity for a 2010 model. After doing some research I have learned the company is for sale, and the hard times seem to be effecting them quite badly. Looks like this might be a dying breed? I am sure SMS Limited will come out with something though. I think this will be the best looking 2010 model when he gets done with it. Someone should photoshop the current saleen front fascia design on a kona blue!

 

So the 2005 Saleen debuted at the 2009 LA auto show... so if this is correct forecasting, we have a little less than a year before the Saleen reveal? Anyone have any more info at all?
