I took the Wed, Thurs, and Friday off work and will be meeting up with the LA to Vegas convoy in Barstow. I can't wait. It should be a blast!

That's what I'm thinking too! Over a hundred Shelbys are expected to make the drive from the LA area to Las Vegas on Wed the 14th of March.

I'm meeting up with them along the route since I can't make it to LA on Tuesday.

Even if you don't go on the trip you should at least watch them roll out!

 

Too bad I won't have my car until the end of March. This would be a fun time.

 

I'm going to get a little "behind the wheel time" in a friend's KR to boot!



Of course he'll get to beat my Boss like a rented mule at the same time.

Can't wait to be doing 1000 miles of this.

 

I will be taking my Shelby to the bash and will be meeting the convoy in Socal. Though i will be meeting them as they pass through Fontana on the 15. Cant wait! Just over a month!!!!

 

Ahh! I would have loved to have gone. I'll be heading west when the convoy is heading east. Can't they take a detour through phoenix on the way to Vegas... lol

Bump! Are you going to track your car? I'm going to throw some new pads on and hit the track. I already did the brake ducts and trans cooler scoop that are available for the Boss 302's.

 

Unfortunately no i wont be tracking the car this time. This is my first bash and just kind of want to get the hang of everything.

A friend just sent me a pic of TWO new GT350's from Canada that just pulled into his driveway in Hollister.

I'm READY TO GO! Too bad I have 12 hours of work then 3 hours of night class tomorrow before leaving Wed morning at 4:30am...
