Thanks!

Thanks for all the comments and support!
It has been amazing so far and turns heads no matter where I go.

Actually had a Police Officer stop me in a school zone to let the kids cross, but sat there and talked to his buddy about my car the entire time, LOL, oh the joys!

I will keep post some more pictures soon as my Boss is picking up a Boss LS tomorrow, figure that will make some great shots of the two together!

Niche Line

They printed out a picture of a GT500 with my Color combo with the Cobra Emblem on the front, had the SVT Engine Plaque at the bottem and both builders signed it.
They also printed and framed a picture of us together while I was there, each signed it, and then added an extra Engine Plaque at the bottom. They gave it to me before I left.

Fortunately for Greg, one of the two engine builders that built his 2008 GT500 engine was still working there and he was able to meet him as well.

Thanks. I'd really like to have one of those. Maybe I can get up there soon, I'd love to see that.

Good Week for Ford!

During our trip, Greg was SOLD on the Boss LS with Track key installed. Sure enough, the same week I close on my car the Boss LS came in to my dealer and after some talking it out with the dealership, Greg went ahead and picked it up.

Funny part is the VIN is Exactly ONE number before mine! Just wonder if they were built together!?!

Not bad for my salesman, Gray Daniels and Ford for 4 days this week!!!

I would say the GT500 still has the Boss on the straight line, however on the road course, that Boss is a beast and with Track Key, Wow she is mean!

Outstanding story and thank you for sharing!!
Great read! The coolest part to me isn't really the car .. but, how well you were treated and accomadated in your trip and through the purchase process. That's what keeps customers coming back and increasing word of mouth. Congrats on the purchase!

Choice color combo and obviously your boss is a person or great taste also!

Thanks for all the support and words of encouragement!

One thing I didn't do that I need to, and that is Thank all those at Ford! These are the guys that made This all happen!

Joe and Cameron at Gray Daniels Ford
Marcey Evans
John Herthel
Henry, Alex, Jay, and Jamal at SVT
Dave Pericak
George Goddu at Ford Racing
Tim Young at AAI
As well as all the others I met, that drove us around, and opened the door for us! Thank You!

Broadcast Sheet

I was lucky enough to just get my All Item Broadcast sheet from one of my contacts.

This will be a neat piece of history to keep with the car along with the build sheets and Shelby Registration that is on the way!

I've had mine for 4-1/2 months and already put 7,000 miles on it. I absolutely love driving this car.
