GT500 available on X-Plan?

Read on the Boss forum someone was deciding between a Boss 302 at MSRP and a stripped Shelby on X-plan. He claims Shelbys can now be purchased on x-plan. Can anyone confirm this?

I can't confirm, but I read about it on a different forum the Shelby could be bought with the Ford discount plans. You'll have to find a dealer willing to sell a Shelby on X-plan.

Ford does not offer X-Plan for the GT500 nor the Boss 302. Count on MSRP for the Boss ($44K) and $1K over invoice for the GT500 ($50K).

According to to the X-plan site (fordpartner.com) x-plan is available for the GT500. The base coupe has a x-plan price of $44,639 and the convertible $49,072.

That's been changed very recently, it wasn't available a few weeks ago.

I work for a Ford Dealer and the GT500 is available for A/D/X plans as of Mar 21. That makes me very happy! I'm gonna get one at the end of the year.

Bleh... If only I had waited. Since I only have 1,500 miles on mine.
Wonder if I can get a price match, like Kohls offers!
LOL

That would include the SVTPP, Recaro seats, and even the car cover for the MSRP price of a GT500 without those options.

So what do you need to do to get X-Plan pricing and how much does it really save you?

1) www.fordpartner.com
2) provide partner code from the company you are employed or associated with, or if Ford stock is owned there is information required from the stock certificate. Perhaps someone who has followed that path can shed some light.
3) provide the last four digits of the SS#.
4) that generates the pin number, then verified by the dealer, then applied to the sales order.

For further assistance call 877 XPLAN00 (877 975-2600) from 9:00am - 5:00pm EDT monday - Friday.

Base Boss 302 for $41,000 or a base GT500 for $45,000

You have me reconsidering my Boss 302 order..

Does this apply to 2011 cars too or just 2012?

Does the company you work for buy ford vehicles for their fleet? In other words, do they buy ford E150 vans or ranger and F150 pickups, if so then call your company's HR department and ask them for your company's partner code. Then use that code when you go to fordpartner.com

For how much you save, my loaded 2011 GT/CS stickered for around $42000 and with x-plan it would have cost me just over $39000 before incentives. You may not even have to use your x-plan pin because I used it as a bargaining chip and managed to get it for less than $36000 (incentives at the time were $2500)
