First '13 GT500 in the UK
Took the opportunity to head over to one of the UK's leading Mustang specialists this afternoon, as I'm organising a meet there next month.
Of course, no trip to the showroom is complete without drooling over the latest stock. As will as a number of stunning classics, there were, of course, 3 of the latest 2013 models. One Deep Impact Blue GT, one black GT and this absolute BEAST, parked outside

Well, if he sends me the cash, I'll put it on a boat back to the US. After I've burned a little rubber, of course

A good thing about living in the UK is that the constant overcast weather makes cars look like mirrors. You dont see the swirls and scratches as you would in the sunlight. Especially black cars. Nothing better than a black car on a cloudy day.

That's probably about right........I reckon £60-£65k or $97-$105k
Whilst some early S197s were converted (butchered, more like) the vast majority remain LHD, which is perfectly legal over here.

Nice find. I don't know about coverting over to RHD. That would ruin it I think when it comes to the value since you couldn't order it like that from the factory. Now if it were an option for the European market in say a couple of years when the new Stang makes it's official sales date to Europe then it would make it that much more rare. I doubt Ford and Shelby would go through all that just for some guys that like to drive on the wrong side of the road. J/K.

Joe's right..........personally, I'd have had it IN the showroom. The road there has a lot of large trucks and vans going through, so I'd have moved it close to the wall, too!
Actually, it'd be VERY safe in my garage

Tailights require an amber turn signal
Rear fog light required out back
Side turn signals required (either in front wing or side mirror)
White "side lights".....a low light level required up front etc
This link shows you one of the best Mustang lighting conversions in the UK. It's interactive, so have fun
