If it's real small you could try some 2 ton epoxy or JB weld. The industrial strength one.

I have a friend that can probably do it. Can you send me a pic and I'll find out?

There are so many different threads going on in the club forum that it is easy to get lost. Just be in here at least once a day to get all caught up. I don't think there is any way of getting around the MIL without getting a tune or eliminator harnesses.

Any of you guys have some spare strap clamps laying around that I could get from you? They are so I can get rid of my exhaust leak between the x pipe and rest of the exhaust.

The legal change happened within the last 2 months or so. Has to do with the EPA, clean air, etc. The worry is that eventually they will go after tuners, people with long tubes and no cats, etc. We'll see what happens. I think a tune would be a better way to fix the issue.

I don't have any. I think I might have seen some at Pep Boys.

Your right Jeff, it is the Clean Air Act under EPA,

Several states are already addressing the issues with state mandated regs,

EPA will soon have additional enforced national standards,

Us folks with long tubes, no cats and a tune will soon be toast.

Anyone with a handheld tuner can turn your CE light off....but it will just come back without the Illiminators or tune. My vote is to just deal with the light being on until you get the money for a tune...your missing out on all that power

yeah I know. Wish I could afford it before this weekend I would be on it like white on rice. But sadly money doesn't grow on trees. I'm hoping to get into the high 12s this weekend what do you guys think?

Alright what do you guys think? Epoxy, JB Weld, or an actual welder? I was told it would probably be about $25 to have someone down here in Stillwater do it. They will be in at the end of this week or the beginning of next. This was a pic from the guy I bought them from.

Not any tuner... It has to be the same computer code.

High 12's are going to be hard to get with that setup. Our guys have only made it in to the 12's by using drag radials. Without them you will never get your tires to hook up...

I hate to say it but that looks like you are going to need it welded. Is that the valve covers? I work with some guys that can weld Aluminum. I will check to see if they could do it for you but you will have to bring it to me.
