Yes I do. I can't stand fire drills do to someone's lack of planning.

for example... when someone decides to enter the off ramp and stops a whole lane of cars two lanes away (dangerous) just because they didn't plan for the turn ahead of time. Normally these idiots are also on te cell phone.

 

The Cell does cause problems

 

It's unpopular with many people, but yes. It should be outlawed. I tell my staff, that if I'm driving, i'm not going to answer. And if they need something that bad and right then and it can't wait 10 mins until i get to wherever I'm going... they need to be calling 911 and not me.
