I got the CAI, Hood Struts and 91 Tune installed tonight! It REALLY freaked us out at first, because after everything was done and I installed the tune and fired it up, it was popping and backfiring and smelling bad. After a minute or so though, it smoothed out and ran fine. It is running awesome now. MUCH smoother and much better throttle response.

Nice!! The cars PCM (computer) needs some time to learn and understand the tune.... Get her on some open road and let her rip!

Well, other than painting it Performance white I guess.

 

4.10 gears will probably be the next performance mod. I'll probably get those shock tower covers soon, too.

warning on the 4.10s.... They add a great fun factor to the car BUT you lose a little MPG...but if your not worried about MPG...4.10 are FUN!

 

I say go with the 4.56 gears and drive in first through third only.

 

I say go with 12:13. Just leave in 1st...
