So are we going to get to park next to each other this year?

 

I dunno. Last year was a mess. When we talk with BHF we will know how much leverage we should have to get somthing rolling.

 

I really want ALL of the club members to able to park next to each other with the BANNER. This would be an awesome site and promote the club! There is power in numbers.

 

I need to get a list of people who are definately attending the show portion so we can check on pre-registering. I will be pre-registering for most of it in the next few days I suppose.

 

Keep us all informed so we can all preregister. We need to talk to someone about getting a vendor spot or at least putting us all next to each other...I would be fine with that. Last year was rediculous

 

See thats just it last year all the vendors were pushed over to the side. I bet if we register together or at least show up together we might stand a better chance. If we are doing a club spot then we would have very limited space as we did last year. I think just 3-4 cars max.

 

I agree it would be great to park all the club cars together with the club banner...

Last year was really bad, when word got out that Randy had a spot we all headed there as instructed and what a mess,

Hopefully with a little planning ahead and getting the info to everyone we can be together.

 

Well it was Mid Americas fault last year. We asked, planned and scheduled as per their instruction and at the day of the show they had forgotten about the arrangement. The planners at mid america were like a deer in headlights last year. So in otherwords I'm not confident that even if we plan that it will work out like it's supposed to.

 

Well lets talk to who we need to talk to and get ALL of the club cars together with the banner....thats my vision dang it!

We had stuffed worked out with the Mid America people then last minute they ****ed us in the azz. The chances are slim. I leave it to someone else to work it out otherwise I'll be in jail for killing a Mid America person.

 

Talked with one of the wizards at Mid-America about the Sunday show and parking.....

No parking as a club, they have never allowed club parking according to the wizard and will not start now, azz !

If you want to park with a vendor (BHF) then your car will be in the vendor area and cars will be limited by the vendors space,

Parking is by the show class that you are in,

When you pick up your registration packet there will be a card with your show class and it will be used to get into the show area and will be used by the parking folks,

He suggested that we get in line as early as possible as a group and enter together and park together, of course that will be cars that are in the same show class,

If we want to be together that is the only way, so says the wizard,

I will post the show classes later,

If this is worth the effort to be together then we could come up with a plan on where and what time to line up ??

 

So in other words just like it happened last year. Great.

It could and should be better than last year if we want it to,

Last year we all headed for Randy (BHF) in a vendors space, this year we are trying to park as a group by our show class, most club members will probably be in the 05-Current Mustang and helping one another we just might make it work.

 

Did you decided to go with the red stripes and is that why you have entered that class ?
