Ok Here is the tentitive plans for the cruise camp and float trip. I propose that we set the date for September 22nd and 23rd (Sat-Sun). We can cruise to tahlequah on the 22nd and set up camp. We have some options here and I would like input on what the rest of you think. We can get group rates if we have 16 or more people to participate in the floating portion of the trip. I propose that we stay at Eagle Bluff facility as it is one of the nicer ones on the river. They have decent restrooms and Showers. There is more info on their web site as far as rates go. But plan on spending about 20 bucks to float and depending on how we camp we can split the cost of this portion. Some may choose to cruise in on Sun morning and just float. This is ok as long as everyone is there no later than 10:00 am on the 23rd. Here is a link to the eagle bluff resort site.

I need a list and conformation on all who plan to attend at least a week before the event is scheduled to occur so we can make solid plans. This should be a fun and memorable experience. I hope to see you there!
