They are chrome but being replaced this weekend with Chrome Razor's and an Eibach Pro spring kit. Will get pic up when I get time.
Also have ambient lighting, inter upgrade, security, wheel locks, chrome 18's, HID's and safety pkg with side air bags and TCS.

I went with 20" Razors ... had the springs done as the wheels showed up this morning ... made a world of difference in the attitude. IMO it went from a pretty GT to an aggressive GT with those two mods.

Keep in mind my driveway slopes downhill toward the passenger side ... thats why the very narrow clearance between tire and wheel well on the drivers side ... not sure you can make out the proper stance from the pic in the garage though.

Thanks ... went with the Eibach Pro kit for springs. I'm having second thoughts about keeping my stock springs and sway bars though ... thinking I may try and find a decent yet budget minded set to replace the stock ones. That and I'm sure I will need a bumpsteer kit or camber bolts to align it again.

Very nice look'n ride. Love those wheels. Warning, my friend put on razor 20"s without camber bolts. Before you know it his front tires are shot. I don't know about what a bumpsteer kit is but, I didn't put one on my 06 and had the same springs as you and it was rough as h*ll. A mechanic tells me on these cars you need to cut down the bump stops or they hit and ride hard when lowered. Maybe that was my problem, and maybe that there bumpsteer kit would fix that? I may rethink lowering this one I have nowif that's true.

Welcome to the site, the new cars are a mixture of sheet metal and plastic though. Its been a while since I've seen cars that are made strictly iron...but I get your drift.

I did the Eibach Pro system plus - springs, struts, shocks, sway bars and I added camber bolts ($20) ... much better riding with the whole package. I also cut the top section off the rear bump stops which gave me about 1+ inches of extra travel in back. Also added a GT500 rear spoiler and Hurst Billet shifter since my last update here.

Yes, although not many. The black SVO was an 85 1/2 I auto-x with and won my regional ESP class. I'm on my 9th or 10th Mustang now, I forget.
