Is that a real candy paint? (transparent red over silver metallic base)? Nice. I love my torch red, but I would definitely love candy red as well!

the car is back at the dealer right now having the Bluetooth hands free installed. The paint is gorgeous. Looks really deep and rich. And yes, it is definately metallic. As soon as I dig up my digicam I'll take better shots for you guys. I think this color looks like they mixed 50% torch red and 50% redfire.

Congrats I love the color, looks much better in person than any pic I've seen.

 

Best red yet. It's probably the only color (besides black) that the stock mirrors look okay with. Good choice.

It's going in for the Whipple on Monday. Already ordered the FRPP springs. Also getting an adjustable panhard bar.

The stock bullitts are nice, but I'm gonna wanna go wider eventually.

Congrats Rebel73 on your candy apple red GT/CS. I have a black 06GT and two weeks ago I picked up an 07 GT/CS in candy apple red. The black GT had good reviews when I got it, but side by side the red apple is definately winning the thumbs up.

I had a black '05 GT, and while I loved that car, this color just looks so much deeper and richer. Really makes me wanna bite into my car!
