World of Wheels Boston 2016 pics
My girlfriend and I entered our cars into the 2016 World of Wheels car show this weekend, we were part of the NH Mustang Club's display, with 4 other cars including the club's president's 2-tone Saleen-supercharged '06 GT.
I got first place in my class, Conservative Hardtop 2009-2013
My GF got 2nd place in her class, Conservative Hardtop 2000-2008
The club prez got 1st in the same class as the GF.
All club members got awards, the '67 convertible "placed" in the class Custom Convertible (so a 4th place? ), the Whippled '14 GT got 1st in his class, Contemporary Custom; the '82 GT got 2nd in his class, I forget what the class was.
The NH Mustang Club also got Best Club Display, a nice award that also included some cash for the club
Yes, I took pics ... some are phone pics, some are camera pics, so sorry if some of them are not as clear.
Starting with our display and moving on to the rest of the show:
A fully truck-bedliner-lined Jeep:
A Hellcat Challenger that never once opened the hood or the trunk:
Got to see Danny from Count's Kustoms and his manager dude:
And the Krypton Camaro concept with its electroluminescent paint with the remote-activated bowties:

Looks really nice, minus the few "trailer queens" in there that you can tell never get driven. The World of Wheels show here in Indy has turned to garbage over the years and I refuse to ever go again. Looks like it's a pretty good show where you live tho

Thanks guys and Tony, yeah you ain't kidding .... we went out for lunch today in the snow in her Subaru and were talking about how much we lucked out with the weather, going in and coming out of Boston ...
That Saturn was supposedly a SEMA build from a while ago, now just making the show rounds

^^lots of beautiful cars there!
Glad to see that they still got the muscle cars . I used to go a long time ago and there were mostly imports and ricer cars there. I stopped going. Nothing for to see there, waste my time and waste my money. Looks like it's back on track!

I stopped going as well because the price kept going up and the quality kept going down. The last World Of Wheels show I went to was 3 years ago and had vendors all over selling garbage like pinwheels and other stuff not even automotive related, like it was some kind of carnival. They also stopped putting carpet down and the whole show just looked crummy. The quality of the cars really went down too.
