The weather looking good I just took a peeked outside it's clear as a bell! All the heavy rain is over Vegas or Phoenix. For any of you Day of Show people here is some info:
Jed
Jed
Great show today. 350 cars I think ?? I know we put together 400 bags ??? Beautiful weather, just can't ask for anything better. Jed & George had their cars entered, hopefully you guys walked away with a plaque....
Here are some pics from today. Not a ton but good eyecandy
It was early when I got there. Started at 6am... all to help everyone park.

George in his stylish chapeau and Jed of course snapping pics.

a little eye candy

The park is a great place for a show. Mustangs everywhere you look !

This car and the grabber orange Boss 302 = sex on wheels
The Boss 429
sounded great too. The exhaust has that right deepness that announces it's a big block

These are the all-stock class. No mods, nuthin ! They put them at the best spot for great pics

Good lord I'd give away my first born to slave labor in thailand to get one of these....
besides nike shoes don't make themselves

I didn't take enough pics of fox bodies. Love them... this was a good example.

This is another example of a great car. All original. Even the tires are the same as it
rolled off the lot !!! Gary knows how to keep 'em.

He tried to get my to buy one
... It doesn't look better in person. Unless I want a
pure show car, maybe with some lambo doors and other gawdy appendages. No offense
but no thanks.

Here's Jed's Ride. Mean & Black..... Love the wheels.

The QM in the background. Not bad.

part III

Dan Gurney and the new guy Mark at Saleen, Exec VP I think. Anyway. DG had just rolled
up and shortly afterwards signed stuff with Parnelli Jones and Saleen unveiled, in public,
the Dark Horse. Didn't stick around for that though.

Well obviously my car isn't at the show. Still I think it looks great.

Thanks for the kind words. For the pics and my car.
It was fun. Wish I could have stayed later and enjoyed all of the things planned. Parnelli Jones, Dan Gurney, Chad McQueen (He brought The two 01 production number Bullitt Mustangs)... The Dark Horse unveiling, well at least the public one... and hanging out with George and Jed. The weather was perfect after a crummy day Saturday so it was a lot of fun. No More shows until April ?? Fab Fords at Knotts.....

Absolutely a great show.
Would recommend this one to anyone wanting to see the almost every mustang ever made.
(If there was a II there, I missed it.
)
The lineup of Bullits was incredible.
And the mystichrome S197 (Saleen?) in the outer lot...

Wonderful pics Brian.
I've attached a few of my own.

Nice pics Lenny, Brian and George!
George takes honors so far for the money shot (pending Jed's pics).

Brain, George & Lenny great pictures! I'm late to post had to visit Pop's last night. Had a great time at the show hanging with you guys! It end up being a long day, I lucked out and I was able to jet out from the north gate, got on the 710 north and went into WARP speed.
Below some pict's and a link below to more...
Enjoy!

Whenever I took a picture and the Queen Mary was in the background it had me thinking of our buddies across the pond.
