Well, theres a story to go with these pictures, but you'll have to go to the thread about my II to learn about it lol. anyhow, heres some pichas. I tried to keep myself from taking 300 shots this time around, and focused on cars that really stood out to me
I know Doug will like the beginning lol

Arin you are on crack.
The coolest cars could have been
A) GT40. An original one.
B) 1965 GT350.
C) 1969 Mach 1 (it was a 351, but still had the shaker.. didn't know that was possible)
D) One of the copious Boss 302's
E) One of the GT350S's
F) anything else at the show other than that ****ed back section.

Peter
A) that car was cool but not Fiesta cool
B) stfu
C) '69 AND '70 Mach 1s could have shakers. The only model where shaker was limited to '70 was the Boss 302.
D) Ok that white one was pretty sweet. Dog dishes
E) That Green GT350S was cool, as was the blue one my mechanic owns. but not my favorites
F)The other two cars I'd call my favorites were the '71/'72 Mach 1 or the Bullitt
Anyhow, that show was a blast. Y'all should come next time

Congrats on your plaque
I have to say a Grande CJ has to be one of the coolest sleepers ever. Love the color combo too, was looking at one like yours, albeit with a 351, way bacjk when

I don't think the lady who took all the professional shots will mind this publicity:

Thats the album of hers with all the shots from the show. If you go and hover your mouse over the "registration" box, you'll see a familiar II with its derrier in the air.
To see more pics of my entrance, go through the registration link, then to the "9:00" section, and go to pages 5 and 6.
or just click here, and move on to page 6 after

Great pictures Arin, I could spent all day just going over them
again and again.
Now what's with all the tilted views, was there a series of mini-earthquakes while you were taking pictures?
Or, was a strong wind catchin' the fro, causing you to tilt the camera?
again and again.

You're the second person to ever ask that question, and the first person to ask it remotely seriously
The reason I tend to do that alot is it allows me to fill mroe of the picture with car. I like to do it when I really want to get everything in one shot. Sometimes it works better than others, as I'm sure you noticed lol. IT kinda depends on the car's size too.
This shot, for example, didn't need an angle to make it take up most of the picture; the car is long enough, and the open hood takes up a great deal of space too. It ends up filling the rectangle quite well

This car however was very flat and low to the ground. If I took just a straight shot from where I was standing, it would only fill around half of the final image. I could have just crouched like I did with the green Pantera, but then I dont get to see the hood. I could have done this one better (I noticed some clipping) but the effect sorta works. The angle of camera tilt, combined with my looking down at an angle from altitude really make the car into most of the image.

Now you can either buy all that garbage I just typed out, or assume im just a crazy boy with a decent camera who thinks he's some sort of "pro"
