2012 GT CS:

Present on both small portions of the door handles.

Only noticeable in direct sunlight from side angles and not in normal light like the garage. The handle feels smooth.

No, I'm referring to the things that look like little pimples on the door handle. God forbid I jinx it and say bubbling paint. Lol

They look like bubbles but are not raised up. Wtf. The door handle is smooth.

My guess was: the dealership touched up some chips, sanded half @ss and then shot clear coat?

IT'S A TOOMAH.

Well, no, but it's either a little bit of extra plastic under the paint (likely) or the paint is extra heavy there (probably maybe...) or the paint's lifting (Hope not).

Thanks! I asked the body shop about it today because I'm getting my front bumper repainted.
They said the same thing you did and that it is extra plastic in the casting that wasn't smoothed out. Not bubbling because that usually occurs with corrosion and metal.

That's Ford quality control for you!

My 2014 has the same thing. I bet its the same piece used on the driver and passenger side and its probably a knock out for the cylinder lock for the drivers side. My guess anyway. Your car still looks awesome bro don't let it bother you too much!!!

Thanks man. I've just been paranoid with all the quality control issues/talk lately.
