Surging problem? Need help asap

I have a 2007 4.6L. V8, left it running while in N for about 5 minutes the other day while I was vacuuming it out and it just died, started driving home and it was real jerky/sputtery, throttle response was terrible and had to stay in the gas bc it sounded like it wanted to stall. I cleaned the throttle body as well as the cold air intake, replaced the MAF and cleared the codes. Ran fine for about 2-3 days and the problem came back. I was going to order a tuner for it but I just bought the car, used a few months ago, it has a bunch of aftermarket parts but not sure what all was done it to so I can't really get the proper tune if I do buy one. Was gonna try running a can of sea foam through it and changing the Sparks but I wanted to see if you guys had Any definite solutions?

Very much appreciated

You should change it no matter what. If that solves your problem, an added bonus. I had mine done last year at a local shop for $40 if you can't do it yourself. It was pretty dirty even with under 30,000 miles on the car. I've always used name brand gas too. You just never know.

Okay cool I'll give that a try, I'm gonna run some sea foam through it and clean it out and replace the spark plugs and fuel filter and see how she likes it 👍🏼 also thinking i might have to replace the throttle body because my buddy took off the the spring loaded throttle body unit on the side and pretty sure it's not turned properly to allow the throttle body to fully open when I get on it, feels like it sticks sometimes
