I've developed a nasty sqeak /rattle in the dash area......Can hear at startup and loww speed, getting worse. Will be taking it in next week for a look. Any thoughts?

I've had and cured two rattles on the passenger side of my dashboard. the first was the dashboard rubbing up against the a-pillar. I cured that with a few pieces of black foam that i placed in the area that was rubbing. The second was a cable rubbing against the metal glovebox hinge, which i fixed by bending he cable until it didn't rub against the metal piece anymore. i just opened the glovebox and reached into the dashboard behind it. i tested it by hitting the front of the dashboard until the rattling sound went away.
Taking it into the dealer may be more trouble than it's worth.
