I understand what your going through being the PITA. It's pretty pathetic when you take your car in for a problem, that they claim doesn't exist and you have to prove with your own diagnostics before they'll attempt to fix it. Do the dealers really think we take our cars in just because we have nothing better to do but have them change parts for no reason. I enjoy having a v-8 with rear wheel drive but this constant fight with defective parts is getting old and is going to be a huge factor in my next purchase in a year. Number one on the list will be buying a car that actually has a heater the puts heat to the floor. I guess that rules out this model if they don't come up with a fix soon.
