Rear seal on my trans is leaking

I hope it is still under warranty! Any one else have this problem. Its an auto. 57770 miles. Glad I went to put a alum driveshaft in over the weekend otherwise I wouldn't have noticed it untill afdter 60k miles. I guess the shaft will have to wait for a while now.

The service guy said it started with the 07 line. Apparently I bought the drive train warranty. I don't remember doing that. I was to the understanding that it was covered because I bought the car after the 5yr 60k went into effect. I remember the sales man telling me I was covered for the 5yr 60k but I don't remember having to pay for it.
Anyway the service guy tells me I have a 100 dollar deductible.

I just noticed the same thing on my 06, manual transmission. 54,200 miles. It's not bad on mine, I can only tell it's been seeping (just like the left bank of my engine)
