rear axle pinion seal leak

So what are my chances that a rear axle pinion seal leak will be covered under warantee? I'd need to have it done soon, coming up on 32,500.

How about if I have already added lowering springs, adjustible UCA, adjustible LCAs and an adjustible pan-hard bar? And no, I will not be swapping everything back to stock before taking it in.

I answered my own question, sort of. My dealer agreed that the pinion seal leak would be covered under the routine 3 yr - 36,000 mile warantee. We'll see what they say when they find my mods as indicated above...

Final update: I would have gotten the pinion seal replacement covered under warantee, even with all of the suspension work, but the thing that killed the warantee claim was the fact that I had 4.10s installed by a shop other than my Ford Dealer. Doh! I actually forgot about the gears when I was thinking of all of the other mods...
