Rattle in my rear view mirror
Hi. I have a rattle coming from my rear view mirror when I hit bumps/rough road surfaces (2011 Mustang GT Premium). Has any one else experienced this? And did you find a solution? Any information is appreciated, thanks.

Also, I've done some trouble-shooting, and when I tap the mirror, I hear the rattle. But if I hold the top of the base (where it's mounted to the windshield), and also tap, no rattle. Ideas?

Please make an appointment with your dealer for diagnosis and PM me with your dealer, VIN, and contact info so I can escalate this for you.
.J/k but if it is under warranty put it on your list of things for them to look at. They will probably just replace your mirror and be done with it.

Thanks, Glenn. You are correct, but I wanted to go to the dealer as a last resort. I was hoping someone else had the problem, and fixed it easily at home, and I would do same. But I do like the verbiage you used - copying the FordCustomerService member, funny!

Yeah I figure most the other mods dislike me so I'm pretty sure its not gonna happen...
