Leaking coolant near top of radiator?

I noticed hearing my fan turn on a couple times today, which doesn't happen often, just driving down the street back home. So I looked under the hood and definitely have a leak somewhere. There is coolant sprayed on the top hose and a couple other places. Looks like it drips down the side of the radiator from the top. Just from my observations. I'm wondering if that means I need a whole new radiator or can I use that coolant leak stuff. Or if anyone has any ideas or options. I've never dealt with the cooling system. I have no idea of when it may have started or how serious it sprays out. I haven't added coolant and it's half full in the tank. I'm wondering maybe fan turning on means the car wasn't getting coolant while I was driving just now. . I'm not sure

Yeah seems like it to me too. You might get a better look at where it's coming from if you take the plastic cover off, but probably still looking at a replacement
