I took my car in on Presidents Day to my local dealership for the fuel pump tsb. While in the shop I had them look into a rattle on my far right ac vent that only rattles when fully closed. Well, I'm not too worried about that rattle because I can leave the vent open and it wasn't there before my exhaust swap. But this leads me to the tech's typed response.....


"Can't hear rattle over excessive exhaust noise"

fyi same issue but my rattle was actually coming from the dash on the right side. I removed the pillar and placed a piece of foam under the front right corner. No more rattles.

 

i still need to do that on both sides of the dash. soooo annoying
