fuel door hinge
You can remove the entire door and the "hinge" by removing the two screws you you see when you pen the door (one below and one above the hinge). That leaves you with the two pieces of sheet metal that the screws go into. You can adjust the poistion of the door by moving those in or out. I had to do the same with my fuel door. Be careful as those tabs are very thin and if you break them off, there is no replacement.

Don't know. I asked the Body Shop at my Dealer and they said that they are not adjustable. He took me in and showed me another Mustang that was apart and it sure did not look like they were adjustable.
