Experience with NewTakeoff.com

Anyone ever order from NewTakeoff.com? If so, what's the experience like?

Long story short, my differential is making a helluva lotta noise (sounds like bearings). I don't know how much that'll cost to fix, but I bet it'll be more than getting a whole new rear axle assembly from New Takeoff ($800). That kind of money is way too much to take a chance on, so I need to know if (a) they have good service and (b) their parts are quality, undamaged and (c) if they're covered under any kind of warranty.

Thanks!

I've never had to utilize their customer service dept or had any issues requiring warranty/return, but the several times I've ordered from them all went smoothly, and I do plan on ordering from them in the future.

I've purchased from them a few times and I've always been satisfied. One time I bought a OE grille from them and one of the fog light mounts was broken in shipping. I called them and asked if they'd replace the mounting bracket, they sent me a complete fog light assembly instead. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

Was this a new installation or has it been a while? This is from the site...

mine is still the factory axle, won't be covered under warranty because of a friggin aftermarket differential cover (has bearing end cap re-enforcement bolts built into it)

The only things I have ordered from them are a rear emblem badge
and a flywheel.

Did not end up using the flywheel but I have it as a backup.
The badge came and it was flawless.

From what they advertise the parts are all off of cars with 5-10mi.
or less. I have heard from many people that say they have used
their parts and that they are 100% legit.

Well, change of fortune. The warranty company didn't care about the cover and the repairs were performed yesterday under warranty. It's quiet like a new car again!

Know this is late but I had the same issue as you but at ~65k. I ordered a rear axle assembly from newtakeoff.com and have been very satisfied with it after 40k miles. Still as quiet as the day I put it on.

Interesting, that wasn't there when I ordered mine. I've had no issues for 40k miles and I'm far from a professional auto mechanic.

I might end up getting a bumper from them if I can't find one cheaper anywhere else.

What were the shipping charges like?
