06 to 07 engine/trans wiring harness swap

Vehicle is a 2006 base V-6. 180k miles on body, engine swapped to an 80k unit 9 months ago.

Recently had some electrical issues and odd running symptoms on an 06 V-6.. After much diagnosing, the only thing left was an issue in the wiring harness (6R3T-12b637-CD) Went out and picked up a used harness out of a 07 V-6 (7R3T-12B637 CC). Didn't realize there was any difference based on "Notice: 2005 Mustang covers all 2005-2010 Mustangs with the 4.0 V6, 4.6L V8 GT or 5.4L Supercharged engines" that shows up on the online repair manual I have been using for wiring diagrams. Got it home and noticed the difference. the only real physical difference I noticed before installing it was the AC compressor connector was different, I figured no big deal, I'll just swap connectors later.
So after install, I'm getting
P0106 MAP/Barometric pressure circuit range
P0108 manifold absolute pressure
P0193 fuel rail pressure
P0443 Evap Circuit A
P0743 Torque converter cluch solenoid
P0755 Trans B solenoid
P0760 Trans C solenoid
P0765 Trans D solenoid codes.

I'm going to presume that the harness pins out differently and can't find any information to attempt to change the locations if possible. None of these ever came up before the harness swap.

So TL;DR: Anyone have engine and trans pinout diagrams for the 06 and 07 they could share, or experience doing the swap I'm into ??

Appreciate any help anyone can give. I pulled the harness out of a car in Florida while on vacation, and shipped it home to Wisconsin...

Thanks!

I would get the proper one, and I still might have to. I just hate to throw away the $180 I have invested in the 07 harness until I know I'm unable to use it, or rearrange the pins to make it work.
Sincerely appreciate you getting me those pdf's!!

If you only knew how much time I've spent already! At the same time, I'd rather spend twice as much time, and get the satisfaction of having done it myself. I don't trust dealerships to do anything right without screwing people over. I will only stoop to using them after every other option has been explored and has failed.

I Don't Recall Advising A Dealership or Someone Else Doing The Work Just Giving The Option of You Swapping Out Harnesses Vs Chasing The Pin Outs. I Tend To Look For Parts Solutions Automatically after 30+ Years Working At Ford Dealers!

You didn't. I was just commenting on the feeling of accomplishment and money savings by doing things myself...

Do you happen to have pinout diagrams of the SJB connection for 06 and 07?

I Think the BEC Connector is Going to Be Needed. See' Pdf's

I Just Mentioned The Sjb's Were Different After Recently Have Similar Issue With Used Harness But With Dash Wiring. If You Still Need Any SJB Pinouts Give Me The Number Shown in Illustration as The SJB Has a Lot of Connectors.

So some issues disappeared, and others materialized, but I believe I'm making some headway. Most of my issues seem to be trans related at this point. Any chance you happen to have pinout diagrams of the big plugs that go into the transmission? There's 2. I believe I'm looking for connectors C199 and C167..... Again, if you have the 2006 and 2007 versions, so I can compare, I might just have to swap a few pins around. Appreciate it!

No problem, I understand! I'll take the info whenever you can get it. I'm going to owe you a **** gift card or something after all this. I really can't express how much the information you've already given has helped.. I'm just crossing my fingers that there are some wire location differences between the two years on those trans plugs. Because, I believe I've solved all my other problems other than the trans codes.

In fact, THAT was the key! I was able to figure out what was going on. I didn't have power to the voltage supplied in start and run pin in that plug! Ran a temp wire to the BEC, and tah DAH, No more trans codes! I sincerely appreciate everything you provided to help!

Well, I'll tell you guys she was a B*%ch from the beginning. Paid $1000 for her knowing she needed timing work. Started it to hear how bad it was before I even brought it home, and #6 intake valve stuck within about 3 minutes. So it got bigger. Wasn't really a thing though, because I already had a spare 4.0 from a previous adventure. So swapped that in, and it never ran right. hardly drive it at all and didn't trust it at all... Ended up buying a 05 Ranger with a 4.0, no compression(another #$1000 deal). So, rebuilt the the (original)mustang 4.0, and dropped it into that ranger, and it ran perfectly. Purchased a low mile 4.0 and trans(because that trans did have problems) for the Mustang. When I dropped that engine in, it ran exactly like the first one. at that point, I KNEW it was something in the harness, but couldn't figure it out. It would run and I could watch the timing jumping all over the place. Literally anywhere from -5 degrees to 45 degrees just sitting there at idle. Obviously it drove terribly. Did a lot of sensor swapping because I just had extras, thinking there's no way 3 of the same one are all bad. But, nothing ever changed that timing. Came to the conclusion that it just had to be in the harness somewhere. Most likely from the engine swap when I flipped it up on the cowl and used the wiper to hold it there out of the way. I'm pretty much a hack, but it also gave me something to mess with and try and figure out.
So here we are, now it's done! just came back from a test drive, and I couldn't be happier!

I'm not big at all on wiring either, but I am good with details and planning. If you'd like to see what I did before even cutting into those harnesses, let me know. I'd post it if its of interest!

Buuuuuuut, now I neeed a new project. bahahaha

Again, I REALLLLLLY appreciate your help the last couple days. If you hadn't wandered in, I'd probably still be searching for those diagrams! So thanks again KC!
