Just for future reference, submitting duplicate threads will not provide any faster results.. Therefore, it is unnecessary! At any rate, I would suggest contacting the aftermarket vendor you purchased the wiring harness kit from who would be your best resource towards making the proper connections... In the meantime, you should also consider introducing yourself in the "Introductions" sub-forum section by highlighting the forums drop down menu located on the upper left corner of the home page, then highlight "Ford Mustang Chat" and then highlight/select "Introductions" Once your in the " Introductions" sub-forum section, you can either choose to introduce yourself from any of the existing threads or you can submit a new thread and introduce yourself that way as an option as well...

Meanwhile, welcome aboard...

It's Simply a Matter of Renaming the Wires on the Plug to a Pin Number. I assume that Cap with the Bolt Snaps Off Somehow. So Lets Start with Number One Which Shows to be LB/PK Light Blue Pink. It is Number 1. Look on Plug for Number 1 Pin and See What Color Wire it is. Rename # 1 With a Piece of Masking tape and Repeat in Order Until Done. You Could Number Car Side Colored Wires as Well! Print out Chart to Facilitate

Splice Used Wires with Butt Connectors and Test Operation. If Everything Works I would Advise Having Wires Soldered and Use Heat Shrink Tubing. For Best Results Someone with Soldering Experience would Be Useful.

May Want to Remove Harness From Car Instead of Trying to Repair Under Vehicle. I think a Much Cleaner Install would be Easier That Way! But you Gotta be Careful Not to Damage any of the Other Plugs.

Oh and I would Think Pigtail Supplier would have Pin to Color Chart Available as Well!

I'm assuming the vendor you purchased the wiring harness from sent you the matching color codes for the new harness? In the meantime, we'll be looking forward towards letting us know if their the correct codes... Fingers crossed
