is there any particular reason that the boss302 does`nt have the dual exhaust cutouts ?

That's just how they came - I'm planning on putting factory tips (which I already have) and valence with cutouts on mine as one of the few non-stock mods it will have.

Nope, and that one kind of odd as 1969 Boss 429's actually started out as 428CJ cars that were then shipped to KarKraft for conversions - and 428CJ cars had the exhaust cutouts...
