For Sale: AR-15,mustang parts,Kicker subs

I have a near brand new AR-15, not even 6 months old. Cleaned-maintained religiously. comes with case and 3 loaded mags and 2 seperate boxes of ammo ( 40 rounds remington .223,) paid close to 700 for it at Larrys, then the mags were 25 bucks each. ammo alone was near 40 bucks. Asking 650 OBO.

Also have a pair of Subframes for 79-95 stang..new in the box- asking 50 for them.

also, Grey rear set for 87-93 mustang, both peices.

Grey console peice, the part the ashtray door and stuff is on..not sure if they are different for Auto or 5 spd cars- make offer

FRPP A/C elim kit, relocates P/S pump-40 obo

I have pics of the AR-15 if anyone wants to see. i can also take pics of the other stuff.

Serious inquiries only please!

Let's try and keep the RCMC forum into perspective. Cars, car parts, car-related "stuff" is fine. We don't want (won't allow) users to start selling kittens, etc. Thanks.

He is the president.
Technically he is not a moderator, but he can decide what and what not gets posted in the Rocket City Mustang Forum of this website. The webmaster of RCMC answers to him and the webmaster is a moderator.

You are still a club member and have a vote. But the president is the one to make the decisions. If you disagree with the president's directions, you may exercize your vote at the next elections for the club.

Darkside, no worries. There are no (that I know of) absolute rules of what can/cannot be posted in our forum except for obviously offensive posts which aren't allowed anywhere except adult-type forums which this is not. Personally, I think we should have a "For Sale" forum which I'm surprised doesn't exist already.

My insinuation was simple. Without a "for sale" forum, the sky could be the limit and people could turn the forum into an anything goes site. That is not the spirit of this site. I believe the RCMC officers, members, and users of this site have a responsibility for the content. Self-monitor so to speak. Instead, I get blasted and called names. Whatever, I don't have time for petty bickering.

The moderator(s) cannot monitor the site 24/7 so as I mentioned, we need to police ourselves. Think...once the anything goes concept kicks in, imagine where the site could go. Visitors who think they are at a Mustang, RCMC, or Ford-related site see (fill in the blank) and move on. We want visitors and participation.

Easy answer still is a "for sale" section where users can post whatever (sale or wanted items that is). If the hang-up that touched a nerve with VaVenom is the gun for sale, change the subject to anything else non-car related. Same thing.....it's not a gun thing, but a non-car/RCMC/Mustang/etc. thing. But, if the club votes and the host and moderators want it different then we'll go that route.

my thing is this...and I won't post again after this. I'm going to baghdad so say what you will. there is a for sale forum, look at the main page, there is not one, for local sales only....all we get is this forum. so it isn't hurting anything. if your going to tell people that everything has to be car related, this is going to hurt your already non-active members, no one posts here, there is a crap load of members, and like an average of 5 total posts per day....that's pushing it. you guys are boring because everything isn't car related. it's nothing against you bro. not the first time I've said my peace, won't be the last. didn't know the president had just registered and is known as lawn furniture with 0 post count. shows how boring the site is that I only check it every week or so. I tried to be active and get some posts up, and anything I post up gets blasted, so I hit back. talk to the webmaster about getting some subforums, if he's smart he'll say "why, your barely active enough to even have a forum of your own." I am a mod on a few much more active larger sites, 2 of them are extremely popular and have some of the greatest events I've ever attended. I've organized a few massive ones.....the one at sears this year. I did 2 before I left germany that netted amazingly the same amount, and that was just me, we got a few more that happened as well as coordinated cruises, meet and greets, meet at friends houses alot of the times, mod days, races in different venues.....since I got here, I don't see much of anyone who posts anything about any kind of racing really, the guys that do the really nice racing club are some of the few. get this forum active and more entertaining, and you'll pull in a bigger crowd, instead of shooting someone's legitimate for sale ad down in public like he did something wrong which he didn't cause they are no where in the rules, as a mod, I know, if someone does something they shouldn't or that you view is inappropriate, send them a pm. ask them to change it, but be polite and courteous, maybe offer him another solution for the gun, another for sale site or something, but privately, instead of making him feel like he did something wrong.

I'm not upset or anything, and I wasn't trying to be an *** although I am by my very nature, I'm a no bull**** kind of person.
I'm not a mod on this site, so I'm not going to pm you telling you to change something, so I posted it because i thought you were a noob, based on your post count, register date etc.

I, um, think I, uh, kinda agree with Virginiave...I'm not sure I can say it. It just seems so odd to agree with him.

His ad also includes a Mustang part. It's not like he's trying to sell a GMC or something!

Again with the inflammatory posts!

"I am a mod on a few much more active larger sites, 2 of them are extremely popular and have some of the greatest events I've ever attended. I've organized a few massive ones.....the one at sears this year. "

Huh? I don't seem to recall seeing you at any of the show planning meetings. Oh, and FYI, Extreme21 took it upon himself to do more thaqn you will ever dream of doing to plan a show. Why don't you try thinking before you post.

if your going to tell people that everything has to be car related, this is going to hurt your already non-active members, no one posts here, there is a crap load of members, and like an average of 5 total posts per day....that's pushing it. you guys are boring because everything isn't car related.

If this forum sucks so bad, then why do you keep coming back? How would you know what this club does? You haven't been to any of the activities (thankfully). This club isn't about the forum. It is just a nice way to communicate. Have you ever thought that there might be more going on in this club that you aren't aware of? Oh I guess that's not possible because no one would leave Mr. Big, aka Virginiavenom out of activities!

How dare you come to this club and this forum and bad mouth long-time members that know more about this hobby and this city than you will ever know. Until you pay your dues, yourself, instead of having someone else pay them for you, you have no right to criticize anything that goes on in this club or the forum

You made a butt of yourself from your very first post. Even in person you make an butt of yourself because you are the type of person that always has to act like he knows everything and be Mr. Bigshot. At the very best, you have no social skills.

Here's a little piece of advise: No one likes a know-it-all who clearly doesn't know much at all except for shooting his mouth off.

I personally don't want someone like that representing the Rocket City Mustang Club in any form or fashion

i won't post again after this.

You won't be missed. We will get along just fine without you, I assure you.

sheesh, who ****ed in your cheerios, I tried to make it as plain and understandable as possible.....I'm not able to make many of the meetings due to work. in fact I leave for baghdad next week, probably will be stationed in germany after 2 years there.

I've already tried to suggest a few things, no one wants to put any kind of effort into trying them. I'm not going to be an *** in this post. I said my last post to stop posting unrelated items in this gentleman's (assuming the user is a man) thread he is trying to sell stuff in. can a mod or admin either delete these posts or split them to a seperate thread as to not infringe on his thread's main points. you got a problem with me...pm me. btw, I asked no one to pay my dues, it was done without my knowledge, of which I am appreciative to that person.

Don't lie, it was with your knowledge.

no it wasn't, he went straight to you guys, I knew about it after the fact obviously. but he didn't go through me. so no, it wasn't to my knowledge until after the fact. and as I said, leave the guys thread alone.

There was no "you guys".

The gentleman wrote to me mentioning that he wanted to offer to pay for your membership. I asked you if you wanted it, or if you wanted to decline it.
You accepted it.

You knew about it *before* the fact of your dues being paid, therefore it was to your knowledge *before* the fact. The dues were not paid without your knowledge. Quit twisting the truth.
