Oddball part cross reference

Does anyone know if there is a US spec cross reference for Australian Falcon front disc brake rotors?

Don't the Australian rotors turn backwards or upside down or something?

I think they turn counter clock wise while you are driving.

Do you have any spec from the Ausie part? If you know the diameter, bolt pattern, offset and what bearings it use you can figure out a suitable retrofit.
