Why should I have to waste a call to Canada in order to see more pics? This IS Ebay, an ONLINE auction...
From what I've seen (and experienced), the ads with LOTS of good color pics are the ones that get the bids.
BTW, kennyg, your '67 FB ad looked good, except ya'll need a better camera! Yours washes out all the color and makes every thing look kind of drab brownish/red. Some brighter greens and blues would aid in your presentation.
Also, I think you sized the pics in the ad so that the aspect ratio was off, i.e., made the car look kind of "squashed". When resizing, try to maintain a multiple of the original photo's length and width so it doesn't become exaggerated in some direction. Just MHO

veryy sweet car but with no "real" looking photos.. it seems like a fake ad. man oh man if i could just hit that TN powerball lottery right now! Pictures can make and break a car in a online sale.
Thats one reason I bought my cobra off ebay. Lady had about 097439874983743923 pictures of the car. Every angle, every interior part, trunk, engine.. everything. Well i take that back i didnt buy it off ebay but i did find it there lol Drove to Arkansas to check it out in person.

I'm always amazed by the people who put so little effort into making the sale. You see so many dirty cars with dogs sitting in them and bad pictures and bad descriptions. This is an opportunity to make some money if you put a little more effort into it. The more upfront you are, the more I am likely to trust you.
Keith said dogs in cars reminded me of the time that somewhere in Alabama someone was selling several cars and they had their "model" pose with their car.
Camera: Donated digital camera accepted as long as it comes with the software ;-)

I've had a couple of Kodaks in the past - great pics but a little battery hungry...
Plus, it's a business expense so you can write it off.

Appreciate the input on the FB ad. I tried to give as much info as possible to the potential buyer. Had 2500 hits and several potential buyers are still trying to find the money. The pics are as dumped from the camera, and yes I need another camera. Looked at the link you posted. Business expense, HA! I dream about Mustangs, if could just figure out how to write that off! kennyg
I picked up one of these with a different kit. I got the 2GB SD, batteries and charger, lens cleaning kit, cheapo case, and a USB SD reader.

What I like about it is the specs and the customer satisfaction. It is what I have been using for my pics on the threads here. I also like that it is very versatile. With a simple lens adapter...

I can attach some neat lenses.
(this one already has the adapter)

Ralph, What I would like to have and it may be available is a digital camera that would allow me to use my collection of old Om-1 lenses. This may be a redundant way to go about it though.
Here is an adapter piece for some OM lenses

It may just be best to keep the O-1 camera bagged up sitting ready to use after the EMB goes off over Huntsville (LOL) ;-) At least I would be able to take "chemical" pictures
