my V6 dyno sheet.

I'm playing around with some stuff, I resized it. I figured i'd post it up.

By the way, Mberglo had mentioned going to the dyno for his new track car and my cobra. If he doesn't object, perhaps we could get some more people interested in doing it, perhaps we could get a group rate.

Man that thing needs a 5 speed and some big brakes and would be a hell of a track car.

I'm ready to baseline and check a/f on the 89 if someone wants to set up a dyno day.

I called trackmasters to try and get some info but they were closed yesterday. I'll try again today to get pricing and such. There is another one on Madison Pike but I can't remember the name of the place.

Spoke to Arthur.

here's the deal. 5 Cars or more here is pricing.

Baseline: $40 for 3 pulls, + $10 if you want O2 readings. If you do 1 pull, 2 pulls or 3 pulls it's still $40.

*Tuning: $80 per hour, plus $10 for O2 readings. It is for one hour block of time, if you get in 2 pulls or 7, it doesn't matter
* this is with your tuning device. i.e predator etc.

For baselines he can do about 3 cars per hour.

For O2 readings he can do a sniffer in the tailpipe which he said may read from .02 to .5 LEAN (which is better than rich) , if you have an extra O2 bung or if you have your rear O2's disabled he can put a probe in there for a more accurate reading.

Let the signup begin.

PS. Don't put your name on the page if you don't have a job, cash, time, etc, etc.

I'm not calling him back until we have a SOLID # on who is going to be there.

so we have 3 right? I'm thinking we are looking good! WOOOHOOOOO btw, what kind of dyno is this since I'm posting and we should make the date like a month or so out so people have plenty of time to plan ahead. let's find out what's good for people....I'm good for any saturday except this one comming up.

so let's pick july 14th. it's one week after 4th of july so not too many people still on trips etc. opinions? or other dates? maybe we should put up a pole.

Out of all the questions I asked, this is the one I forgot to ask.
I'll contact him and post.

I didn't ask. In my experience tons of people toss their hat in the ring but back out on the show day. I figured we would be lucky to get 5 serious owners.

true...but I'm telling you I'm golden on this one.....I wish I had a tuner so I could get a dyno tune, but baseline is better then nothing. besides I'd like to know if flowmasters and a k&N filter actually did to this thing.....better ask what kind of payment options he has too. cause if it's cash only people need to know that......ie credit card? check? what? I know some people might ask this as well.

Going to ask about the cash only thing. I'll post any info that I get.

What does everyone think about 23 June in the a.m.?

That will give some people some time to clear their schedule.

This needs it's own thread, and Ralph could maybe send the club a group email.
