I got the straght shaft steering colum, the one with no joint
really wanted the one with a rag joint tilt wheel
i got a heater box from ebay for 50 dollars, i dropped my old one and it shattered like glass(of course it was dropped from the attic)

All of the tilt columns have the rag joint, so you will need the steering box too. Big block '67's had them and then I believe they became an assembly line item in late '67. That's a good deal on the heater box. I did a demo at a club meeting a couple of years ago, and I think I came up with about $500 in parts if you had to build a new heater from scratch. At the time only 65/66's were available, but the only difference is the way the door opens on the non a/c 67/68's compared to the 65/66's. kennyg
