This was my 7th parade, same car w/ 6-speed manual tranny, and no issues (knock on wood). Of the eight cars this year, I think all but two/three were manual. Only wear I felt was on my knee from shifting. Good tranny-good parade, good engine-good parade, good fill in the blank-good parade....it's all subjective. Good spirit-good times....
We'll try harder and find an auto-tranny only parade for everyone else :-)

I doubt I will go to the Xmas one, it just depends on how the clutch acts a week or two before.
This clutch has actually been making sounds about a month now, good sign it was going.

Maybe some of you could help me. I am trying to find out if a 79-82 3.3L clutch kit will fit my 67 3.3L. I've asked this question on 2 other forums and no one has helped me.

depends on which clutch im driving, lol. The 68 is no problem, the clutch is good and light, and i could ride in stop and go traffic all day. The Cobra on the other hand kills my knees after being at a stop sign for a few seconds.

Flywheel 'looks' good? Is it nice and shiney? I bet it is. Wasn't your clutch slipping? Do you have time to take it all apart again after it slips when you put it back together? Better go get that flywheel surfaced. kennyg
