Interesting read on Bill Heard Chevy
i tried to buy a 02 gt they had at one point. i drove it and started doing the paper work and they said " We would like you to sign this to ensure you wont sue us, so i looked at him and asked "why would i need too" the guy said it's happened in the past and they highly reccommend it, b/c if they did have to go to court i would lose and owe them money anyway. So at that point i was just like if your worried about me sueing it means your know something wrong with the car or your gonna pull some stupid scam on me, so i got up and left.
I told my mom about that and she said they've been stealing and ripping people off for years.

They're gone in Nashville now. Not sad to see them go.

I remember this one last summer:

I have heard of plenty of stories about shady deals at the HSV dealership, most people don't even make the news or sue.
I would not even step in the door. I guess those obnoxious commercials get people.
