I am working with Samir from Huntsville Car Scene. He is going to recreate scenes from Fast and Furious 5 on opening night at Rave Theater on April 29 and 30. We are working on getting similar vehicles to the ones in the movie. We need a Ford GT, preferably dark blue but black will do also. The car will be on display both nights in front of the theater. The area will be blocked off from car traffic but open to foot traffic. We will hang out, watch the movie and later in the night go to Bar 109 downtown. It will start at 5 pm on Friday and 4 pm on Saturday. I have looked on the spreadsheets, but GT seems to be a common car for a Mustang GT also. Can anyone help me with this??

 

I only know of a red one and a gray one in town.

 

I know Dan Wachtel in Athens has a red one. I think you'll have a hard time finding someone who's willing to leave their $150K car unattended in a public place, though...
We used to have a show in Madison Square mall and found several cars had tobacco juice spit on them from the upper level.

John Carpenter (John Carpenter Ford) in Moulton also has a red one. He might be amenable as it could be used for advertising purposes...

 

The car will not be left unattended. The driver will be responsible for it.

No. Sorry, I guess it does sound like that There will be someone outside the theater at all times. The bar, I am not sure, but there will be lots of nice and cars parking together in a certain location. The bar is optional.
