Had it done at EB Liquid Print in Harvest. It's a process called Hydro Printing or Liquid Printing and it's pretty cool. I had my radiator cover done and plan on having a few more things under the hood done with the skull print. The sticker in the middle of the cover is what I created in Photoshop and had it custom printed on a bumper sticker like material.
