That is awesome! I have the number to contact the corporate office at Rosie's. I will call them. I spoke with a manager at Rosie's and he said we would have to get permission from the corporate office in order to use their parking lot, even though they are closed on Sundays. I also noticed the coffee shop you were talking about. I will call them and post more info later. Thanks for reminding me!
