Generally there Mon-Fri and advise to make an appointment as we could be gone to:
Part store
Paint store
Machine shop
Picking up a vehicle
Delivering a vehicle
Write Appraisal
Eat Lunch
Dr Appointment
Inspect a vehicle for purchase
Swap Meet
Car Show
Family Vacation
Church
Meet with President Obama...not likely

or could be in the middle of painting, grinding, test drive, meeting with a customer who has an appointment, etc...
