The Army in its current state, is pushing for soldiers to complete their training faster in an effort to get soldiers back to their units.
What this means for me is that now we are going to start to work Saturdays as well. As of right now the plan is for my unit (we're the instructors) to work every other Saturday......At current we are scheduled to work on the 12th

There may be some hope though, I begin a Military School on the 6th of May. As of right now, they do not have everything worked out on what their plan is for working Saturdays. I can only hope that they don't get their stuff together before the show.

I really hope that doesn't happen, I'd hate to spend the past few months saying I'll give a hand in the show and get screwed by work. In any case, I'll still help set up Friday night and show up to do what I can after work.

Lets hope it doesn't happen that way.

Well, I began a miltary school today. It seems as though they don't have a plan (currently) to have us work on Saturdays at all.

I hope it stays that way.

 

as the army life goes, we don't plan shiat...we just say, "hey let's do that! it'll work!" much as to the reasoning of NSPS, I work closely with the system, and it's quite possibly the dumbest thing I've ever seen.....

anyway. glad to hear your not gonna be running sat's that would suck the big one.
