What does the Ford Lowering Kit consist of? Just springs or spring and shocks/struts? Also did they instal camber plates or use camber bolts? If not then chances are you will have issues getting the front end aligned.

If they installed a camber kit then there shouldn't be a problem. I lowered mine with FRPP K springs and Tokico D-Spec shocks/struts. I then took it to Big 10 Tires in Madison to a guy (can't remember his name) that's really good at front end alignments. He installed the camber bolts and aligned with no problem. That was last January and tire wear has been fine.

Was reading this yesterday:

Long, but goes over all aspects of lowering. May provide some insight into the problem you are having.

I lowered mine with FRPP. It actually settled at approx a 2" drop. I purchased camber bolts and got it aligned. I did not get camber plates. I have a little negative camber now but it just helps me corner better.

Yep WA installed a camber kit but not sure exactly what all that entails, even after that you could still see the front tires were setting at a negative position. The front tires have worn inside pretty bad and are making a road noise, now this has happened on both front and rear after rotating. I really want to go to a wider tire front and rear but not before I get the issue resoved.

I staggered my tires. I have 19 x 8.5 in the front. 19 x 10 in the back. I actually regret it
On the plus side, my tires are lasting longer than I thought they would, especially as hard as I am on them.

That was the direction i was thinking about going with the staggered tire size, i just have not made my mind up yet if i am going to do rims and tires or just tires. i plan on being at longhorn tuesday night for drinks so hopefully i will get to meet you and others.

Lisa, what is the downside to staggering the tires/wheels? I've been considering doing that and figured the only bad thing would be that you can't rotate tires fore and aft.
