I suggest someone contact Steak n Shake at the mall and see if we can flood the mall lot across from them. Plenty of parking there.

 

Across from them? I figure that would be under the Mall's authority, not S&S, right? Of course, it would be good to talk with S&S about all of the folks descending upon their place for food and such.
