Cruise/Meeting
I plan on going up to Jack Daniels on Nov 14th to go to a 1 year anniversary meeting of the tennessee club I am in. Was wondering if anyone wanted to ride up there. Need to know how many so they can get reservations setup. Also let me know if you want to eat lunch there also. Trying to find out the deadline for people so I will post up the date when I find out.

Tour - Need to be at Jack Daniels around 10 since tour is 10:30.
Lunch - 12:00 at Coaches in Murfreesboro
Laser Tag - One will be at 2:00 and the second at 2:40. Cost will be ten dollars for both games.
Last time I counted we were going to have 60+ people at the meet.

The meet will be November 14th at the Jack Daniels distillery in Lynchburg.
We have a tour scheduled for 10:30. The tour runs and hour and ten minutes.
Everyone plan to get to J.D. around ten so everyone wil be on time, well maybe not Rob, but everyone else, and we get a chance to make introductions and see the rides.
We will set locations for groups to meet for the drive there. There will be three set locations for east, central and the west folks. Anyone can set a secondary meet location for their group to meet and then join up with the big three groups.
East meet site: Meeting Place: T/A Station on Watt Rd
Departure Time: 8:00 am EST -sharp-
Cliff also figured some travel times:
Rough estimates are as follows assuming 70mph speed limit:
Knoxville - 8:00 am EST
Athens - 8:30 am EST (where I'll wait at exit 49's on ramp and join up)
Cleveland - 8:50 am EST
Chattanooga - 9:20 am EST
Manchester - 10:20 am EST
Lynchburg - 10:50 am EST / 9:50 am CST
Central meet site: The old car dealership on HWY 70 just on the east side of 840. Get off 840 on 70 (Murfreesboro rd) towards Murfreesboro and it will be a quarter mile on the left next to the Harley dealership.
TIME: 9:00 we will leave at 9:30 sharp.
West meet site: Jackon 5:30 at the Walmart on Vanhorn dr. There will be a second spot for the guys that live closer to nashville.
Secondary meet sites PM me and I'll post it here.
LUNCH: 12:00 at Coaches in Murfreesboro. We have a room reserved just for us!
We will take a backroad drive from Jack Daniels to our lunch location. Lunch will be in Murfreesboro, so we will have a nice drive and a lot of photo ops. Directions will be posted here so make sure to write them down in case we get separated, cause someone always does.
LASERTAG: We have two laser tag games awaiting us. One will be at 2:00 and the second at 2:40. Cost will be ten dollars for both games. We need at least twenty people to play.
There will be a evening/night activity that will be more adult oriented. This will likely be a mass showing of Stangness at EOR. Just remember we are a CCASR affiliate so use common sense.
I need a count of who is attending, number of people and children total coming, and will you be eating lunch.

Eating or not
Any other replies will be deleted. I have to keep this thread concise to make sure no one is overlooked. General replies can go in the annual meet thread.

Yeah we'll be eating lunch too. And yeah the school works if we are taking 231. My cousin was bummed when he found out it was a dry county!! i mean, what the heck is up with that anyways lol!!

These schedule times are pretty tight
I don't see them getting from Manchester to Lynchburg in 30 minutes - you can't go 70 mph + you have to go through Tullahoma.
I don't see getting to Murfreesboro to eat at 12:00 either - they will be lucky to be through the tour by 11:30

The cruise was awesome. At least 45-50 mustangs showed up. We had a huge group cruise through the back roads to Murfeesboro. We probably scared that mini van driver

yeah, there was a mini van that was trying to turn left and he got passed by about 50 mustangs lol. That was one of the best parts, then we got the cops called onus thanks to my cousin and a couple of other people being retarded on a parking lot
