Here's a you tube video I found of last year's show. Apparently the guy that made it likes Chevs:

It was a decent show. 100 cars registered. Only 7 mustang though. Only 2 RCMC members, me and my friend. 1 67, 1 68, 1 86, 1 07, 3 65s. Only stang to win a trophy was one called Blown 65, won best in show.

I don't like Eleanors and that car is with them. I think it is really overdone. Take off some parts and I would like it.

That sounds cool. Just the SC, the tail lights, rear spoiler, and rear seat cover thing were a little much for me. Other than that it was a good looking car.

If anyone is curious to why it is because they use the GT500 in the name. They aren't a gt500 so it should not be in the name. They jacked up the prices on 67-68 FBs, and most people think with the gray paint and black stripes it will sell for alot by saying it is an eleanor.

It is a very interesting car. The class was 1960-75 all makes, which means a production '65-'66 Mustang can't compete, not enough chrome - I have suggested to the church that consider offering more classes next year; I would estimate at least a third of the cars were in the 60-75 class. The scene for the show was pleasant and they had nice facilities; friendly crowd.
fantastic event at ardmore today ... cloudy not too hot ... 650 anounced cars on hand .. i dont know how it got so big so quick .. 8th anual event .. only gripe is that the vehicles are scattered so it`s hard to tell what you`ve already seen .. i have pics but cant get photobucket to open .. i`ll post next week from work ..

.. next time i see it i will get a profile shot ..
