Perhaps Ralph needs to alert these first timers that you should not charge a $5 spectator fee just to get into a local car show? I mean, we didn't even charge a spectator fee for our national MCA show, so why should they expect someone to pay $5 just to look at , what , 50 cars at the most?

 

Yeah, I saw that. I have been talking with a friend that first alerted me to the show...

Mike, I already have. They will put out donation boxes instead of charging spectator admission.

 

When is this car show? I would like to go show off my mustang. My school and that school are rivals. I need to come with something sparkman on it

 

September 22nd – BJHS Drumline Car, Truck & Motorcycle Show - Madison, AL
The Bob Jones High School Drumline will present its first ever car show. The hours are 1000 – 1400 and will be at
the Bob Jones High School at 650 Hughes Road. There will be 10 trophies for Top Votes and a cash prize for Best
In Show. There will also be the #20 Tony Stewart car present along with concessions and entertainment. There is a
$10 vehicle entry fee and a $5 spectator fee. For more information, call (256) 325-3696. The RCMC will attend this
show as a club.

 

Well it seems that i need to fill out the membership form and get my fee in so i can be a member.

 

While it would be fantastic to have you in the club, you do not need to be a member to enter in the car show.

 

I know. I was planning to join the club anyway.Just wasnt able to come to the meeting.

 

I need to do the same thing, i will hopefully be able to put my 5 footer in the show.
