'93 Mustang LX 5.0 convertible For Sale
Thought I'd see if there was any interest. I really want an '03-'04 Cobra.
Here's the info - bought the car in 2005 with 112K miles, at 155K miles after Deb's passing I decided to have the car redone in her memory. Card presently has 185K miles. Here's a list of most of the mods done - 302/340HP crate motor w/gear drive, Explorer intake w/65mm TB, 24lb injectors, C&L mass air & BBK shorty headers, chrome oil pan. Auto tranny was just rebuilt and had a new trans cooler installed. Body wise - there's a cloth top, Boss Cyberstallion hood, Saleen ground effects and new trunk lid w/spoiler. Suspension - New rack & pinion, cross drilled/slotted front rotors w/Russell braided lines, subframe connectors and Late Model Resto upper/lower control arms, Saleen style 5 spoke 17x8 wheels, tires have less than 5K miles on them. Interior - '01 Cobra seats, rears cut to fit, Sony head unit w/Pioneer & Infinity speakers.
I'm sure there's plenty of stuff I'm leaving out
I have most of the receipts for parts purchased. Car presently has 185K miles and gets about 20mpg driving 40 miles round trip each day for work. I have 2 front & 1 rear window motors, a door lock actuator and under drive pulleys that will go with purchase. Cars not perfect, just a good driving car.
$9,500 and it could be yours.
New price - $8500

Christina said price it like you really want to sell it. I'm losing a lot at this new price($8500) for what I have in it. I believe in being honest with people, if you're interested and have questions email me or call me.

Mark, that would be my bottom dollar considering how much I have invested. I know you never get it back but if I can't get 8 out of it I'll just keep it. I have some things that I want to fix before I sell, so if there's a buyer out there know that.

Guess I'm going to keep the car. There's been no interest and my top motor went out yesterday so if I'm going to invest more money in it I'm going to keep it. Front window motors, door lock actuator, top motor, oil sending unit and new map pockets for the doors will all be installed before Christina & I head up to the cruise-in in Somerset,Ky next month.

I wanted a newer car. But this one's paid for, it's just costing me a lot in parts replacements. I may see if I can talk Christina into letting me put a supercharger on it. I do wish it was a 5 speed car though.
