This is a bit of a hard call and I will have to think it over. Here's the deal...

We cannot have club cars in the general population for judging. The people that come there to pay us their money think it unfair that we also judge club cars in the general population. They feel that we would judge the club cars better. As you know, this is purely not the case. But to avoid any type of ill feelings, club cars are in their own class and we ask others to judge them for us.

A car with a club sticker in the general population would *appear* as if we have a club car in general population.

Does this make sense? I thought it only fair that I explained it fully for you.

yep i understand you fully.. been to many carshows where ive seen some fishy stuff going on. How would it do to cover it up? perhaps place a small square of paper and tape it over the inside and on outside of the windshield.. then put the car info paper over that?

Hi Phillip - The details are on the front of our website listed in my signature. There are links to a map, the flyer and registration form. Let me know if you need more.

Joe - Yes, we have 05 Daily Driver, 05 Street Driven, and 79-05 Modified Mustang.

Holly, I think that will do. I am sure that you can come up with something tasteful to hide it. I do appreciate your help in this.

Why not just join the club or scrape it off?

I did join.. but my mother got her kidney transplant and i had to take car of my brother.. then she tore a ligament in her heel and that put the whole family on hold to help with that lol So i wasnt able to attend anything all year. i keep the sticker on the car to help advertise them to others over here in the shoals.. ive sent a few folks that way. Even though its a crazy mess around here and im not an offical member i still would like to support and advertise them.

I have lots of folks that are members that I have never seen or met. They download the form, fill it out, then send in the $12 to the PO Box. I have literally not met them nor spoken with them in person.

ok so here is a question...if we are in the club, do we have to pay the 20 dollar entrance fee? and do we qualify for anything other then RCMC club cars, cause I do drive mine every day.

Phillip,

No, entrance fee is waived.

ahhh, ok that's fine by me. I'm there, I just have to fill it out and send it in...can I just bring it with me or register when I get there? are all club cars going to be parked next to each other?

You can do either that you feel comfortable with. The best is to fill it out early, then hand it over to the pretty ladies as you drive your car in through Registration. Yes, the club cars all park in the same area. Also, I am hoping that we will have antenna flags in to put on all of our cars. Of course, the flags are given back and reside in the club's trailer with all other club equipment. The flags make a really nice touch at shows and parades and such.

It will be great to have your car among them.
