Forgot to add this...
The RCMC members volunteering to help with WAF cruise-in will also have to option to buy a bright yellow t-shirt. During the car shows, an announcement can be made to find a RCMC member in a bright yellow shirt for any questions/concerns. I do not have a price on this shirt yet. It is also being designed right now by 'N Designs. It will not have WAF on it. We want to be able to wear this t-shirt at future shows as well.

I would like for the volunteers to arrive Friday night at 5 pm to set up if possible. Saturday morning at 6:30. It is pretty much going to be set up the same way it was last year as far as I know. We can meet around the registration table.

Wow! Only 2 days left before the cruise-in. How time flies. To all the people who are volunteering....thank you so much for helping us out. Please remember that we need lots of people tomorrow night to help set up and wash the trailer. I will also have the yellow and white t-shirts tomorrow night at WAF. See everyone then!
Washing the trailer: The trailer suffers from aluminum oxidation, which results in black streaks running down the sides from the roof. The ONLY thing that will remove these streaks is a product called Awesome. It's sold at Dollar General. Wet the trailer. Spray one panel liberally with Awesome and scrub it off within a minute of spraying it on. Rinse that panel and move to the next. Trust me, you're wasting your time trying anything else. I've taken care of the trailer for the last several years and spend an hour removing the streaks each year.
After you get it clean, I recommend two good coats of wax. Also recommend the club have aluminum RV guttering installed down both sides ($200 estimate). That will go a long way to preventing the streaking.
The graphics on the trailer cost the club over $700, so you should put some effort into maintaining it.
